Classification: Once the documents have been scanned, Windoc looks after their classification in the appropriate folders, allowing you to reduce the risk of losing them as well as errors associated with classification in the wrong folders.
Access and editing: Documents scanned using Windoc are available at any time and can be edited according to the needs of their users. In particular, it’s possible to hide confidential sections, highlight passages, attach notes, or even create tabs (both private and public) for future reference, all without modifying the original copy.
Compatibility: With our I-Blink module, Windoc can be seamlessly integrated with virtually all office management applications and software – including ERP, CRM, accounting software, and all management applications – without having to modify them.
Windoc looks after the management of over 2 billion documents in all formats:
- Electronic documents (emails, Excel, Word, PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, CAD, etc.);
- Scanned documents and COLD documents (content indexing);
- Documents not transferred on computerized media, but localized, whether on paper, CD-ROM, video, or in the form of books or catalogues.
Securing solutions and access: Windoc lets you manage and control access to documents by setting permissions suited to the structure of your company (groups and individuals). You can thus create a password and a user ID, control different actions with a user profile, and track and obtain a history and real-time notifications of the actions carried out with an administrator profile.
It is available in 3 languages (English, French, and Spanish) and requires no archival classification plan.
